Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Balcony Bras
- Bralettes
- Full Cup Bras
- Basque & Bodysuits

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Approval of your return/exchange
- Return shipping instructions (if applicable)
- A return authorization number
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging
- Include your order confirmation or packing slip
- Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return package:
- We will inspect the items within 3-5 business days
- If approved, we will process your refund or exchange

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
- For exchanges, we will ship the new item once we receive your return
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
